Etherscan-compatible API

GET https://api.utn.network/api?module=MODULE&action=ACTION

UTN does not implement this API itself. api.utn.network proxies /api to Blockscout. GET reads and POST (contract verification) are both accepted on this path. The actions below are the ones a read-only GET returned on 8 Oct 2026 through the explorer host, which proxies the same /api. Actions that 400'd, or that returned a result that does not describe this chain, are not listed.

status is the string "1" or "0". It is not an HTTP status. HTTP was 200 for every call below.

result is the balance in wei, as a decimal string. tag=latest is accepted and returned the same shape.

txlist

When the address has no transactions: status "0", message "No transactions found", result [].

When it has transactions: status "1", message "OK", and result is an array. Each item has blockNumber, timeStamp (unix seconds, decimal string), hash, blockHash, nonce, transactionIndex, from, to, value, gas, gasPrice, gasUsed, cumulativeGasUsed, input, contractAddress, confirmations, isError, txreceipt_status. isError "1" and txreceipt_status "0" mean the transaction failed. offset is the page size this action uses, not limit.

txlistinternal

Same query shape as txlist. No internal transactions returned status "0", message "No internal transactions found", result [].

tokentx

Same query shape as txlist. No transfers returned status "0", message "No token transfers found", result []. No successful tokentx row was available to list fields from.

contract

No contract on this chain was verified that day, so source, ABI, and contract-name fields were not present. Do not assume them.

getabi

For an unverified address: status "0", message "Contract source code not verified", result null. Scan reads a verified ABI from GET /api/v2/smart-contracts/{address} instead.

listcontracts

status "1", message "OK". result items have Address and ABI. The Scan list proxy calls this while it builds GET /api/v2/contracts.

verifysourcecode

POST, multipart form. Used by Scan and by Remix. Not submitted during the read-only check. Fields the Scan form sends:

status "1" puts the guid in result. The steps and the compiler settings are on Verify a contract.

checkverifystatus

result is a string. Scan treats a value that starts with Pass, or that contains already verified, as success, and Fail as failure. guid=0 returned status "1" and result "Unknown UID".

Not listed

module=proxy&action=eth_blockNumber returned HTTP 400. module=stats&action=ethsupply returned result "0", which is not this chain's coin supply. module=stats&action=ethprice returned null prices. Those actions are omitted on purpose.
