Testnet reset
This is a testnet. Accounts, balances, and contract addresses can be replaced.
A chain reset happens when genesisVersion or chainId in network/besu/config/testnet.json no longer matches the running chain, and when an operator runs deploy/oracle/down.sh --purge (that deletes local chain data). There is no published calendar for the next reset. Do not treat a testnet key, balance, or contract address as permanent. After a reset, create the wallet again and request T-RAIN again.
