The chain id in hex is 0x135288b. Use the decimal 20261003 in the MetaMask form.
A transaction from MetaMask is a legacy transaction. The gas price must be at least 476 gwei (476000000000 wei). The MetaMask account pays that fee in T-RAIN. See Gas and fees.
Reading the chain does not spend T-RAIN. To send a transaction, the account needs T-RAIN. Get T-RAIN accepts the MetaMask address.
UTN Wallet is a separate account. Adding this network to MetaMask does not import a passkey account. Use Create a wallet for that.
